Transportation

LSAC is pleased to provide transportation service for LSAC members for medical appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and to come to the Center. The service is a shared-ride concept using a shuttle van. Members may request transportation up to 3 times a week, with up to 2 stops per ride. Please request your ride at least 48 hours in advance.    - TRANSPORTATION SERVICE AREA: Lewes, Rehoboth and Milton:

              - Rt. 1 (south to Rehoboth Beach and north to Rt. 16 intersections of                                          Broadkill and Front Streets);

   - Rt. 24 from Lewes to Long Neck Road; and

   - Rt. 9/404 west to Rt. 5 (Harbeson Road)

   - TRANSPORTATION HOURS: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Thurs

                                                      8:00 am - 2:00 pm Friday. 

               -Medical appointments later than 2:30 pm cannot be accommodated.

   - SUGGESTED FUEL DONATION: $5 per round trip (up to 2 locations); Rides to the                                                               Center are FREE.
